Bliss

Do you know what is better than playing in the leaves on a crisp fall Saturday morning?  Yes, some of you may call it yardwork but it’s one of my favorite cool weather activities.  But there is something even better.

Nope, it is not taking my daughter to the playground with the Hubs and watching her delight as she goes down the big slide by herself, the little daredevil.  Yeah, that was pretty great.

A nap.  Snuggling into my cozy soft bed, cool sheet next to my face, knowing the toddler will sleep longer than I will.

To top that:  the Hubs came into snuggle and nuzzle…and then he left me to sleep!

That is just a little slice of heaven.

Do you think he’ll have a cup of hot chocolate waiting for me when I get up?

Yeah, now I’m dreaming.
